This is a message to all current and future slipholders at Seven Points Marina. We understand that purchasing a new boat is very exciting. However, when in the process of looking for a new boat you must consider the dimensions of your current slip. Upon asking by phone, email, or in person we will be happy to give the measurements so you may purchase a boat that will be able to fit into your leased slip. On page 9 of the Policy Manual it states that,

"If a Dock Customer purchases a new boat to put in his/her slip, and, the boat does not fit the dimensions of the slip, the Dock Service Contract is terminated. It is important that Dock Customers or Dealer contact the Marina with boat make, model, and dimensions for approval (which happens most of the time) so that the Marina is able to confirm whether the boat will fit the existing slip, or, whether the Marina has another slip available to accommodate the Customer."

When relayed information about a boat ahead of time, it is more likely that we will be able to find a slip to accomodate, however nothing is guaranteed. We have a waiting list that has an average wait time of two years and if you bring your new boat that does not fit your current slip to the marina expecting to be automatically catered to then you are mistaken. Thank you for abiding by our policies and have a great summer!
