Cruise Policies

For all of our cruises:

• You may bring and serve your own alcoholic beverages.
• No Kegs of any type are permitted on board.
• No food of any type is permitted to be taken on board.
• Final count for tour and food is 2 weeks prior to you cruise.
• All food service must be handled by Clem's Wood-Fired BBQ!
• Furniture is NOT permitted to be moved, changed, or removed.
• Your scheduled cruise time includes loading and unloading of passengers.
• We dock 10-15 minutes early to provide time for unloading of passengers.
• All meals must be paid for unless cancelled 48 hours before cruise.
• If you are late or miss the boat, you forfeit your payment.
• Minimum time for cruise with meal is 2 hours.
• Minimum time for cruise without food of any type is 1 1/2 hours.
• A $100.00 deposit is required for all cruises, refundable if cancelled more than 30 days in advance. 
• Balance is due date of cruise.
• No decorations that are attached to the boat are permitted.
• Maximum capacity is 125 passengers total - 50 upper deck, 75 lower.
