Houseboat Policies



Pricing on ALL Houseboats Reflects Choice of 2 Rental Periods Per Week: 

  • MONDAY 2:00 PM-6:00PM TO FRIDAY by 10:AM  -  4 NIGHTS
  • FRIDAY 2:00 PM-6:00PM TO MONDAY by 10:00 AM  -  3 NIGHTS

Office Hours:
Season: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Off Season: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.


HOUSEBOAT POLICY

  • Check-in 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.pending boat availability, check-out 7:30 to 10:00 am. Boats returned late will be charged a late fee. Reservations may be made 7 days a week on-line or from office 9:00 am to 4:00 p.m. by phone, fax (814)658-2062, mail, or e-mail: houseboats@7pointsmarina.com. Confirmation packet will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.
  • A reservation deposit, which will be held as a security deposit till check-out

    A $300 Non- Refundable deposit is required for all boats!

  • Full payment due on arrival. We accept cash, checks, travelers checks, cashier checks, MasterCard and Visa. Please designate one person to pay (will not split credit card payments payments) and have your complete payment ready on arrival.
  • Refunds of payment will not be made for early termination or late arrivals. You will be charged for the amount of time of your entire reservation.
  • Gasoline, 5% Amusement Tax to Penn Township and 6% PA Sales Tax are not included in rental rates.
  • Renter must be a responsible adult 21 years or older.
  • Lessee & all drivers must possess a permanent Boating Safety Education Certificate from any state, or a Coast Guard certificate.  If not, you may obtain a temporary certificate at Seven Points Marina during your check-in by taking a 10 minute safety course at no additional charge.
  • Sorry no pets permitted.  Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of boat and deposit.

  • Maximum sleeping accommodations are designated for each boat.
  • Standard equipment on all houseboats: refrigerator, microwave, stove & oven, toaster, coffee maker & filters, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, microve dishes, cooking and eating utensils, 6 gallons of bottled water for cooking and drinking, 120 quart ice chest, anchor with lines, furniture, hot water heater, generator, marine radio, swim ladder, depth finder and Johnson 90hp outboard, deck table and chairs, Carbon dioxide and smoke alarms, safety equipment to comply with PA Fish Commission, 12 volt plug-in for telephone.
  • Items you will need to bring: Linens, bedding, pillows, and towels for kitchen and bath. Paper towels, soap products, charcoal grill utensils, current PA Fishing license (We no longer sell - you may obtain on-line at www.fish.state.pa.us ) 
  • SPECIAL NOTES:
    • Additional showers are available at the Oar House
    • You may request additional bottled water for cooking & drinking
    • Refrigerators: A reminder that these refrigerators are not as big as the ones you have at home. The best thing to do is have all items chilled down in a cooler before you arrive. If you take items directly from a grocery bag into the refrigerator it could take 2 days for them to chill. Some examples: pickles, olives, any condiments, juices etc… or pack with some frozen items you are bringing.
    • We provide all toilet paper.
